Terms of Service

Last updated 19 August 2026

Draft — not yet reviewed by counsel. This describes how Cardra works today in plain language. It is not a binding agreement and must be replaced before Cardra takes on customers.

Who can use Cardra

Cardra is a business-to-business marketplace. Accounts are for established businesses with a corporate structure, and every account is reviewed by a Cardra admin before it can trade. We may decline or revoke access, and we will tell you why.

How a bid works

You commit an amount and the rate you are willing to pay against market value. Cardra sources against that commitment and records each fill: the market value delivered and what it drew down from your balance.

A bid cannot be cancelled by the buyer once submitted. Cardra may close out a bid and return the unrouted balance, or reject it with a reason shown to you.

Money held on your behalf

Funds committed to a bid are held against that bid until it is filled, closed out, or rejected. Cardra is the counterparty on both sides of a trade and takes possession of goods it sources.

Payment rails are not yet connected. Until they are, balances shown in the product are a record of agreed positions rather than settled transfers.

Authenticity and delivery

Cardra checks product before it is passed on. Where an item cannot be sourced at your rate, the balance is returned rather than filled at a worse one.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Trademarks

Product names, logos and set names referenced on Cardra are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Changes

We will post changes to these terms on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use Cardra after a change means you accept it.
